Here’s Something You Don’t See Anymore!

We found this payphone while walking the main strip at the beach back in April. It’s the first one I’ve seen in ages too! With the popularity of cell phones, this poor little icon of the past has fallen to the wayside.
I almost felt sorry for the poor dear as we stood there watching everyone stroll past, not paying a bit of attention to it. The pay phone is a part of history and even Hollywood lore - even Superman couldn’t live without one. 
Yet here it sits. Broken, unused, and headed for demolishment.
