3 Cups Flour
½ Cups Shortening
1 Cup Warm Water

Knead together in a bowl and slowly add water until it forms a nice dough ball. Cover and let sit for 20-30 minutes. After, break off golf ball size dough balls, rolls, flour, and roll out to desired thickness and size. Fry both sides a minute or so on medium heat. Let cool, then store in fridge or freezer in a large baggie.

Options: Add seasoning or herbs to make your own flat bread! Try cinnamon and sugar for a yummy breakfast.
