Mommy
My mommy’s name is Lisa. She grew up in South Carolina, and went to the same small private christian school her entire life. As an only child, she was quite use to playing by herself (gee, I hope I don’t end up as an only child) and was pretty shy when she was little.
I first met my mommy in August of 2007 when she was 24 years old. She didn’t meet me until a few weeks later, when she had her first ultrasound. Nine months sure was a long time, but now that I have arrived in the world, I finally know what my mommy looks from the outside. Previously I only knew what her belly looked like…from the inside.
She sure is a funny mommy, though. The first time I ever saw her she was crying. I didn’t mean to make her cry, I promise.
We do lots of things together while daddy is at work, such as read books, recite nursury rhymes, listen to classical music, and even visit the library. Mommy says that we have such fun learning about life together that she hopes to continue homeschooling me even when I am older.
It sure is nice being her first child…she spoils me rotten!
My mommy loves her family, animals, computers, being outside, and playing. I’m excited to have a mommy that will play with me a lot, although I am afraid she may end up embarrassing me someday.
(Here is a photo of my mommy, waiting on me to arrive)
