Shark customer service is Horrible. U pay to return and repair it. No one speaks english. they do this on purpose to get u to hang up. Do not buy shark Mine is broke right after i bought it.

I bought one thinking it would cut through the grime on my white tile floor and it did an awful job. It didn’t clean it anymore than an ordinary mop would have. No clean line right through the grime like in the infomercials. I wonder if people with dark floors just look at the dirty mop head on the shark pad and think the floor is getting really clean. It has too small of a tank also so I have to refill it often. Save your money and use a mop, works just as well if not better!

I too loved my shark steam mop until it snapped in half after only 3 months of use. iIonly used it on a small eat in kitchen about 2 times a week maybe 20 times total. I am unable to find the toll free number to contact the company. Do you have it? I tried looking it up on line, but only get leads to purchase from other comapnies. I am so disappointed. It looks brand new still. I loved it so much, but after so little time on such a small area…what a rip off! I would like to contact the company. Thanks! Erin

I just bought the steam mop.
It cleaned all my floors wonderfully.
I love it.
So easy to use and fill up.
I just scrubbed my floors on my hands and knees and it got up a lot more dirt.
It even got in all the groves and cleaned them up. Best thing Ive boughtin a longtime

THIS PRODUCT IS GARBAGE!!!!
Bought this Shark Steam Mop from the infomercial that claims a 100% money back guarantee. Took it out of the box and it worked for 10 minutes and then broke and flooded my floors. In those 10 minutes I tried to clean up, shall I say, some pet stains on my tile floor. It didn’t work. When I sent it back I found their “100% money back guarantee” did not include shipping to or from so I am out $50.00. Lesson learned: Don’t buy from a TV ad, buy it locally to avoid the shipping charges and do not buy a Shark product.

I am going to get on Shark’s website and see if I can submit your review.. because yes you deserve your own, esp. being pregnant and concerned for your family’s health vs. using chemicals…

I just purchased my Steam Mop and have used it daily for 8 days. I am still getting a “dirty” pad when cleaning the same area even when there has not been any traffic (only me and the kitties). I was wondering if the Steam Mop is taking the finish off my no-wax floors instead.
